Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• order fulfillment (base: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b SHOWS),
• customer account management (lit. b),
• payment and shipping handling (lit. b i c),
• issuing invoices and keeping accounting (lit. c),
• direct marketing of own services (lit. f),
• newsletter sending (lit. a – early).

4. Types of data processed in the store

When you place an order or create an account, we may process:

• for the duration of the contract (customer account, orders),
• for the period required by law (accountancy, complaints),
  until consent to marketing activities is withdrawn.

You have the right to:

• access to and correction of data,
• deletion of data (in cases provided for by law),
  processing restrictions,
• data transfer,
• object to processing,
• withdrawal of consent (if expressed),
• complaints to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Cookies

The store uses cookies:

• for the proper operation of the website (basket, login),
• for analytical purposes (np. Google Analytics),
• for marketing purposes (if used).

The user can manage cookies in his browser settings.

10. Information about profiling and the effect of profiling personal data

The Administrator does not use automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 ust. 1 i 4 SHOWING. This means, that Users' personal data are not used to create individual profiles, which could result in decisions being made that would produce legal effects for the User or significantly affect the User in a similar way.

As part of the store's operations, we only conduct general statistical analyses, such as:

• monitoring the number of visits to the website,
• sales statistics of individual products,
• general order quantity statements.

These actions are aimed solely at improving the functioning of the store, analysis of interest in the offer and assortment planning - they are not used to make decisions regarding specific Users.

11. Data security

The administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection, including SSL certificate, password encryption and regular software updates.

12. Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. The new version will be published on the website.
